About This Event

16th June 2021 - 6:00pm

The summer meeting of the Strategic Funding Group will take place from 6.00-8.00pm on Wednesday 16th June. We'll be supporting three excellent charities which are at a key point in their development to make a step-change in their work. Read more about them below and if you are interested in attended this event please contact jennie@thefundingnetwork.org.uk

How It Works

At our live crowdfunding events, non-profits that are nominated and selected by members pitch for £10,000 each. Our events are open to anyone to attend and donations range from £10 to £10,000. Not been to a live crowdfunding event before? Read this to find out more.

The Projects

At our events, charities pitch for 6 minutes before taking questions from the audience.

Caxton Youth

Caxton Youth Organisation exists to provide a safe, non-judgemental youth work space for young people with disabilities in Westminster. Established in 1948, the Caxton Youth Organisation is home to the only Youth Club exclusively for young people with disabilities in Westminster.

Universify

Universify Education supports young people to fulfill their potential through education, starting early to increase attainment and aspirations, overcome underrepresentation at university, improve social mobility and create a fairer society.

Human Milk Foundation

Human Milk Foundation provides donor human milk to sick premature babies in hospital neonatal intensive care units and to new mums with cancer. Like donated blood, donor milk saves tiny babies' lives. HMF is working to establish a network of Donor Milk Hubs across the UK.
