How It Works

At our live crowdfunding events, non-profits that are nominated and selected by members pitch for £10,000 each. Our events are open to anyone to attend and donations range from £10 to £10,000. Not been to a live crowdfunding event before? Read this to find out more.

The Projects

At our events, charities pitch for 6 minutes before taking questions from the audience.

Artis Foundation

Artis transforms education through performing arts, helping thousands of children each week to flourish. Artis was founded on the belief that opportunities to participate in the arts should be available to all children. Their unique educational programme places performing arts education specialists in schools, one day a week for an entire academic year. Their Artis Specialists create imaginative cross-curricular learning experiences, focusing in the most disadvantaged areas of the UK.

CRIBS International

CRIBS International is a UK charity providing homes in Greece for pregnant refugee women and families with new babies for the first 12 months of their baby’s life. They currently house 18 families and their Free Shop and Community Space now support many more families. CRIBS rents, furnishes and pays the bills for apartments so that women and their families are able to have a place to call their own and a quiet space to recover, close to medical facilities.

My Life Films

My Life Films uses filmmaking to improve the lives of people affected by dementia. They have created a range of film-based services that improve the mental health and wellbeing of People Living with Dementia (PLD), enable their care staff to deliver person-centered care and give their primary carers opportunities for respite and shared activity. They are now launching My Life TV, the first streaming service with content specifically curated for the cognitive needs of people living with dementia.
