Women and Diversity - City Funding Network
About This Event
Kindly hosted by Dame Fiona Woolf and CMS McKenna, a diverse group of City professionals and their friends came together on Monday night to support three inspirational organisations working to promote equality and diversity. We collectively raised more than £16,000 for HERA, TAGS and Mazi Mas, with guests also pledging non-financial support. We learned so much about the problems these organisations are tackling, and the innovative solutions they've created. If you've yet to pay your pledge, please click on the link below.
Thank you so much to all who joined us and made it such an uplifting evening.
At our events, charities pitch for 6 minutes before taking questions from the audience.

Mazi Mas is an innovative restaurant and events business which empowers migrant and refugee women to fulfil their social and economic potential through their love of cooking.

HERA provides entrepreneurship training and professional mentoring to women survivors of human trafficking, violence, exploitation and conflict to help them attain economic autonomy.

TAGS reduces isolation and tackles negative stereotyping by providing safe swimming spaces and peer support for the transgender and gender non-conforming community.
