TFN Charity Alumni in Action

Date
Earlier this month, we were delighted to attend the launch of TFN charity alumnus Artis Foundation’s new digital creative learning platform at the House of Lords.
Artis Foundation’s move online during the pandemic proved transformational, making it possible to scale its successful in-person programme across the country. The event at the House of Lords marked the realisation of that vision.
Through a Netflix-style platform, schools can now access engaging, curriculum-linked episodes led by Artis creative specialists, where children learn through movement, drama, music and play - bringing creative learning into classrooms at a time when arts education is increasingly under pressure.
TFN was first introduced to Artis Foundation by longstanding member Dasha Shenkman, who sponsored the organisation at the 2021 Festive Connector. There, co-founder and CEO Rebecca Boyle-Suh pitched for support to bring creative learning to 10 primary school classes in some of England’s most disadvantaged communities. In 2025, Artis returned to Connector Plus to raise funds for the creation of content for the new digital platform.
Teachers at the launch spoke passionately about the programme’s impact - helping to improve attendance, encourage whole-class participation, and better engage children with special educational needs. With content now available from Reception to Year 6, the platform offers schools an affordable resource that champions creativity across the entire curriculum.
You can explore the resources here and share them with others: Artis Foundation Resources.
