Do you know an amazing charity with a celebrity supporter?
 
Applications are now open for our Celebrity Connector, a live crowdfunding event taking place online on Wednesday 8th February, 6pm-8pm.
 
We will be raising funds for three small non-profits that have a celebrity ambassador (or well-known public figure) that can vouch for them and are willing to act as their sponsor at the event.

What happens at the event?

Successful applicants will have the chance to pitch for £10,000 in front of an online audience of engaged donors. As well as the financial opportunity, selected organisations will receive expert pitch coaching - 98% of previously funded charities have reported that the training they received better prepared them to pitch to potential funders.

Anyone can put forward a charity for this event. If you are from a charity and have a celebrity supporter, please apply here. If you know a charity with a celebrity supporter, please do pass this on.

What does the celebrity sponsor have to do?

If selected, the celebrity sponsor will act as an ambassador for the organisation. They will need to share a sponsor statement in advance, speak briefly at the event (2-3 minutes) and make an initial pledge of £250.
